Nissan Townpod concept has a shape a bit odd. Totally different from any other EV vehicle types that may ever find. Townpod has a shape that is wider (like offering a vast volume of space) with doors on both sides left and right side. The front door as the door opened with a direction normal to normal, while the rear doors open in the opposite direction without a pole between the two doors, thus providing a wider path to and out of the passenger. The character appeared between the headlights that give the impression of a face with a smile.

Nisan make a statement that Townpod designed as a form of EV. But it has not explained the background of the use of sheet metal at the bottom of the vehicle. These vehicles carry the slogan of zero-emission which is really evidenced by the performance of a vehicle without the production of CO2.

You will be confronted with an interior with a simple concept on this vehicle. Part cargo, passenger space and a very neat dashboard but still gives the impression of luxury. Room steering wheel teering faced with a complicated but futuristic with two rods switches to operate lights and wipers. Wheel chair can be adjusted back and forth with ease using the joystick which is under the pedestal seat. Not only that, all seats in passenger space, including the rear seats can be folded and moved into one with a second row seat to provide extra room for luggage.

All the navigation room to run through two digital screen that displays the car speed indicator, battery status and other satellite navigation systems. Equipped also with an audio system and Blue tooth and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) that allows to communicate with other drivers who use the same technology within a certain distance.
